Xin Man (Huyện Xín Mần)

Xin Man is a mountainous district located in the northwest of Ha Giang province, with a geographical location of 22°33’30” – 22°48’31” north latitude and 104°22’30” – 104°37’30” east longitude. Xin Man district has a complex terrain, located in the upper Chay River mountain range, so it is mainly hills with steep slopes and divided by many streams.

Xin Man district has an area of ​​587.02 km², with 16 ethnic groups living there, of which the Nung, Mong, and Tay are the majority. The district is divided into 18 administrative units, including 17 communes and one district town.

Xin Man is located on the route connecting the eastern and northwestern regions, so the natural landscape is very diverse with unique ethnic cultural features. The site is one of the Ha Giang tourist destinations with great potential for exploration and development.

Thac Tien—Deo Gio Tourist Area (Khu du lịch Thác Tiên – Đèo Gió)

Thac Tien, also known as the double waterfall, is hidden deep in the primeval forest of Deo Gio. The waterfall originates from the Ta Ngan stream (Lao Cai) at an altitude of more than 1,400m above sea level and flows down to Deo Gio from a height of 70m. Thac Tien is blessed by nature with a majestic, wild, but equally poetic beauty. This is a tourist area recognized as a national natural heritage.

Suoi Thau Grassland (Thảo nguyên Suôi Thầu)

Buckwheat flowers bloom in late autumn on the vast Suoi Thau grassland along with golden ripe rice plants. This place is known as the “Switzerland” of Ha Giang because of the poetic beauty of the blooming flowers. In particular, the buckwheat flower hill is a famous tourist destination that young people love to visit.

Thien Thuy Cave (Hang Thiên Thủy)

Thien Thuy Cave is located in Nan Ma commune, bordering Bac Ha district, Lao Cai, with a length of up to 340m. This is a famous tourist destination recognized as a national historical relic on August 20, 2013. Thien Thuy Cave has a majestic beauty with limestone mountains that have been formed over thousands of years, creating drops of water to create countless unique stalactites.

Nan Ma historical relic (Di tích lịch sử Nàn Ma)

Nan Ma historical relic is a place to remember the glorious service of the Tay Tien army in the campaign to suppress bandits called the “Dong Tay group” to prevent reactionaries from expanding the war in the north of our country. This is a testament to the crimes of bandits (the counter-revolutionary forces of French colonialism) and eternal gratitude to the 12 cultural soldiers who fought with all their might on the Northwest front for the country.

Xin Man Ancient Stone Field (Bãi đá cổ Nấm Dẩn)

Xin Man Stone Field is known as “The Field of Many Letters” because there are 7 large stone slabs and two megaliths painted in different shapes, such as square Hoi Van, round Hoi Van, etc. This is a place that archaeologists are interested in researching to find out the meaning of these strange characters.

Xin Man Border Gate (Cửa khẩu quốc tế Xín Mần)

Xin Man Border Gate (Long Tuyen) is a national border gate located in the west of Xin Man District. This place is surrounded by fog with cold air, likened to “miniature Sa Pa” in the heart of Ha Giang. In particular, this is also an important economic intersection between our country and China.

Nam Choong Mineral Spring (Suối khoáng Nậm Choong)

Nam Choong Mineral Spring is hidden in a hot water source with a temperature of over 90°C with two erupting streams. The mineral spring contains many trace elements that help restore health and relax the body effectively.
